Each barrel is hand-selected by our Brewmaster and was chosen to highlight tropical and citrus flavors all in harmony with soft acidity and nuanced oak. This thoughtfully blended beer has no fruit or other adjuncts added to it in an effort to showcase the intricate flavors created by mixed-fermentation.
