Description

This limited edition run of Animus Ananas Gin is part of the experimental program they call ‚Äòtest pressings‚Äô. Now in its second edition, it’s made by macerating pineapple rinds and fresh fruit in a high strength gin for a period of 12 months, constantly adding fresh pineapple and removing the extracted pineapple. This gin compliments the sweet pineapple with spicy notes of ginger, galangal and lime leaf.
