Archie Rose Stringybark Smoked Single Malt Whisky (700mL)

Description

Part of the Trials & Exceptions series, this limited edition whisky was an innovative experiment to peat barely using native ingredients, which could potentially be used as a sustainable replacement to Scottish peated malt. Locally sourced Stringybark has been used to smoke NSW barely, which is then added to a mash-bill featuring another four locally sourced malts. The resulting spirit is then aged in 16 Australian Apera casks (Char #4).
