A remarkably flavoursome gin, named after everyone’s favourite taste, ‚Äòumami‚Äô. This is a distinctly savoury spirit, flavoured with hand- harvested Sicilian capers, parmesan cheese, and two other mystery ingredients. Made with a base of wheat spirit and aged briefly in a Cognac cask, the result is a unique, full bodied spirit packed with heaps of character. Makes a mean Dirty Martini!
