Canberra Distillery Old George Reserve Whisky (500mL)

Description

A new release from The Canberra Distillery, this dram is made with malted barley grown in the Riverina and then matured in mostly Pedro Ximenez casks (along with a few local wine casks). These are then held in an old machinery shed on the banks of Lake George, where the hot summers and cold winters accelerate ageing.
