The flagship offering from the family-run Chief’s Son Distillery, which is found in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula region. This rich whisky was made with beer malt, with a touch of peat, and matured in former fortified wine French oak casks. Aged for a minimum of three years, 900 Standard is an excellent single malt, and a perfect introduction to the complexities of Victorian Whisky.
