Following the wildly successful Sherry Cask, here we have the secondwhisky from acclaimed Aussie distilling outfit, Manly Spirits Co. The second release is a much moremellow and sweet single malt, matured in ex-Kentucky Bourbon casks and filled in Manly Spirits’first year of distilling.Therefore, powers of deduction make this dram approximately five years old – far older than many other Aussie whiskies. All casks were ‚Äòfirst fill‚Äô, providing an amazing roundness in flavour – a true daily sipper.
