Description
The Shiraz Cask is the fourth expression released under the Element Series by Coastal Stone Whisky. Distilled and matured on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and laid down to mature in ex-Barossa Valley Shiraz wine casks during their first year of distilling, this whisky has had time to develop some beautiful and complex varietal characters of dark fruit and pepper spice, as it breathed in the coastal marine air.
