Copper & Cane Distilling was founded in 2019, to revive the art of traditional rum distilling. Currently producing the Old Petrie Gin, a modern Australian take on a classic dry style gin, utilising hand-picked botanicals from around the distillery in Old Petrie Town, with savoury notes of rosemary and sweet lemon myrtle.
