Cuatro G’s Italia Mosto Verde Pisco (700mL)

Description

A delicious Pisco from Cuatro G’s, this bottling is a single varietal Pisco, made entirely from the Italia grape ‚Äì an aromatic variety. The characterful spirit has been distilled initially in a pot still, before being finished off in a traditional Pisco alembic.

Regarded as the finest style of Pisco, Mosto Verde (green must) is made using the semi fermented grape must. This is a labour intensive spirit – taking about 14kg of grapes to make one litre. The result is a sweeter, full bodied grape brandy
