Joadja Highland Gin (500mL)

Description

Elisa and Valero created Jodja’s Highland Gin as a tribute to Joadja Valley and the Southern Highlands region, where the distillery is situated. The base recipe is a classic London Dry style with an overlying layer of local Australian botanicals. These are Strawberry Gum, Mountain Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Cinnamon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle, all of which capture the essence of the land that is home to Joadja Distillery.
