Description

Kangaroo Island Spirits have been producing a delicious array of gins and liqueurs on the Island since 2006. This expression of Wild Gin is accented with locally grown and wild-harvested Boobialla, also known as native juniper, which adds a piney sweetness to gin, as well as Pink Peppercorn trees which add a complex soft and savoury spice. Small batch vapour distillation creates a gin with delicate balance.
