Ki No Bi Sei Dry Gin (700mL)

Description

The Ki No Bi Sei Kyoto Dry Gin is made at the Kyoto Distillery in Japan. Distilled to a higher proof than their original gin, the Sei is a recalibrated blend of the 11 botanicals in 6 different flavour groups to allow the flavours to harmonise at the traditional ‘Navy Strength’ of 54.5%. Base notes of juniper and orris combined with notes of yuzu, shiso leaf and sansho pepper spice create a powerful gin.
