Kilchoman Machir Bay Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700mL)

Description

A relatively recent arrival on the scene, Kilchoman was only founded in 2005, and remains a family run operation. Known as ‚ÄúIslay’s Farm Distillery‚Äù, Kilchoman uses barley grown on their own farm, and malted on site. This particular bottling, their signature, is named after a nearby beach and has been aged largely in Bourbon casks, with a touch of Sherry for complexity.
