Description

Kristy Booth-Lark, of Killara Distillery, is descended from Australian whisky royalty, and runs one of the few distilleries in the world to be owned and operated by a woman. Killara is a boutique distillery producing high quality, hand crafted single malt whisky, gins and liqueurs. Tasmanian malted barley is double distilled in a 600 litre copper pot still to produce a flavourful spirit perfect for cask maturation and finishing.
