KOVAL are a distillery located outside the Bourbon heartland of the Bluegrass State –Kentucky. A thoroughly modern producer, KOVAL place a great emphasis on the use of organic and rare grains, as shown by this dram, which uses a recipe of 49% millet, an ancient Asian grain, and 51% corn. This is also a single barrel, certified kosher and organic whiskey which is taken from the purest “heart” of the distillation.
