Lilly Pilly Pink Gin is crafted using the vibrant & succulent summer berries of the Australian native Lilly Pilly and the edible pink flowers of the native karkalla found along the coastal dunes of the Northern Beaches of Sydney. This fruity pink gin gets its colour from an 18 hour fresh raspberry infusion, which adds subtle sweet and tart notes to compliment this beautifully balanced contemporary gin.
