Description
Produced by the McLaren Vale Distillery, this single malt whisky is a testament to the innovative spirit of this relatively new distillery, which draws upon the rich winemaking heritage of the McLaren Vale region. Collaborating with Maxwell Wines, the distillery ages this whisky in American oak barrels previously used for port, imparting a deep gold colour and layers of complex flavours. The result is an elegant whisky with a rich mouthfeel, showcasing notes of marmalade and subtle vanilla. With only 185 bottles released, this expression captures the unique terroir and craft of both the distillery and the winery.
