Description
This spirit was developed by drinks historian David Wondrich and Plantation cellar master Alexandre Gabriel. Pineapple rinds are infused with white rum for a week, before being redistilled, while pineapple flesh is infused with dark rum for three months. The two spirits are blended, and aged in casks for three months.
