Description

A festive treat from small batch Adelaide distillers Prohibition Liquor Co! Their gin is aged in a single French-oak Barrique, a 225-litre barrel originating from Bordeaux, and in this case, previously used to aged Spanish and Australian Brandy. The gin has rested in the barrel for around 12 months to allow the flavours to round off while taking on slight wood tannins from the oak.
