Description

Quiquiriqui Pechuga Mole Mezcal is a style of artisanal flavoured mezcal made in partnership with small producers in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Pechuga is a flavoured mezcal that is infused with natural flavours like fruit, nuts, herbs and sometimes animal protein and then redistilled a third time. In this case a mole was made from chilli peppers to create a deliciously spiced mezcal.
