Big Break is a brand new double dry-hopped West Coast IPA that we have bamboozled with Nelson Sauvin Amplifire, Citra, Centennial Chinook and Riwaka for what can only be described as an all-time quintessentially West Coast dank dry hop. Aromas bouncing out are 50 dank kiwi perfection and 50 citrus kick. On the palate, were copping a robust full palate bitterness, just as youd expect from this style. The bitterness then gives way to a myriad of oily fresh hop flavours including but not limited to dank and sticky mango, orange peel and zest, bright grapefruit with just a dable of soft orange sherbet.
