Each weeks pair will feature identical hop lineups with the aim of showcasing how different the flavour profile can be based on the yeast thats used to ferment the beer. Weve kept the hop selections somewhat neutral to each style to keep the fight fair.Week one of Coast To Coast sees us kicking things off with matching pale ales. On the East Coast, a hazy DDH Pale Ale and on the West, a modern West Coast Pale Ale. Both beers this week have been hopped with Cashmere, Nelson Sauvin and Krush.
