Description
Riverbourne is a remarkable little distillery, found in the tiny NSW town of Jingera (population of 39 in the last census). This dram, batch number 8 of their Identity expression ‚Äì a pun on a certain famous spy thriller series ‚Äì has been aged in two ex-French oak casks. With a restrained oak influence, this whisky does an excellent job of showcasing the core character of the distillery’s spirit ‚Äì which drives the flavour here.
