Description
Dunnet Bay Distillery is near the northernmost coast of the Scottish mainland, founded in 2014 by Martin & Claire Murray. This is their flagship product, featuring local botanicals like Rhodiola rosea, Italian and Bulgarian juniper berries, rose root, sea buckthorn, rowan berries, blaeberries, cardamom, coriander seed, and verbena. This is distilled in bespoke stills named Elizabeth & Margaret.
