A remarkably old Kentucky Straight Rye, this bottling is the premium version of Buffalo Trace’s beloved ‚ÄúBaby Saz‚Äù bottling. This expression is made using the distillery’s rye mashbill, containing at least 51% rye grain. The whiskey has been aged for 18 years and 4 months in new American oak, with an astonishing 76.9% of spirit lost to evaporation.
