The Canberra Distillery was founded by Tim Reardon in 2015. Not unexpectedly from a Canberran, Tim was formerly a political analyst. However, his true passion was in creating fine spirits. This obsession is clear, with over 15 high-quality and utterly unique products coming out of this tiny distillery. The Summer Gin is no different, being a very fresh and fruity take with native Strawberry Gum as the predominant flavour.
