Description
Kurayoshi Matsui Distillery, whilst in operation since 1910, has only more recently started releasing whisky – traditionally producing beer, sake and shochu. The Tottori blends are tributes to the namesake town in which the distillery is located. Whilst aged for around three years in Japan in ex-bourbon barrels, with a lack of regulation of the Japanese whisky industry, it is rumoured that this blend also contains a little Scottish and American whisky in it!
