One of Waubs Harbour’s flagship single malt whiskies, this unique combination of ex-tawny French Oak and American Oak casks create a flavourful profile with hints of poached pear, sultana, brown sugar syrup, and hot custard. At 48%, the ocean’s salty air enhances the sweetness and adds depth to the oak. In 2023, a previous version of our Port Storm whisky received a Master medal at the World Whisky Masters.
