With creaminess as our goal, we created a malt bill packed with extra proteins to create a full, velvety mouthfeel and fermented it out using our haziest house yeast strain. For the hop bill, weve paired up flowable Sabro Incognito with Cryo Cashmere, the two hops we find rate highest on perceived creaminess and added in some Southern Cross hops from New Zealand to round out the profile. These elements have joined like finely machined components sliding together and created our smoothest IPA that is bursting with tropical flavours of coconut cream, honeydew melon, mango and pineapple
