This is a super unique drop, with two parts Citra, two parts Nelson and one part Motueka, however we went for an early addition of Motueka for some yeast interaction and result is to die for.Upfront were copping some seriously dank Nelson notes on the nose, with even a little hint of diesel coming through for all you Nelson heads.On the palate, this is bright and vibrant citrus for days, plenty of limey Mot coming through with lashings of fresh orange and orange sherbet.he finish is juicy but dry, making this punchy little number way easier to drink than the ABV suggests.
