Based in Victoria, The Zythologist is a first-of-its-kind brewery that uses science and analytical testing to make the best non-alcoholic beer possible. The Zythologist Citronium Pale Ale is made using a modified brewing process that discourages yeast from converting sugars to alcohol. The use of Lemondrop and El Dorado hops along with Lemon Myrtle and Old Man Saltbush give this non-alcoholic beer a layered citrus profile. It also has a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp, refreshing finish. Its best served chilled.
