Milk & Honey always aim to bring their unique spin and flavours of Israel to whisky, and this one is no different. They travelled to Spain to make a mix of oloroso and sherry casks, specially seasoned for them, to create the first whisky aged in kosher sherry casks! The hot dry climate of Tel Aviv extracts a lot of flavour in a short period of time to create a bold and complex whisky.
