Aged in a combination of first-fill bourbon and new oak casks, this single malt brings together soft smoke with rich, creamy vanilla and subtle spice. ‘Alinta’, meaning ‘fire’ or ‘flames’ in an Aboriginal language, captures the whisky’s essence—smouldering peat layered with warmth and character. Tasting Notes:

Nose: A welcoming aroma of gentle peat smoke, layered with toasted oak, vanilla pod, and light honey. Hints of dried herbs and warm spice emerge as it opens.
