The Zythologist Citronium Pale Ale is made using a modified brewing process that discourages yeast from converting sugars to alcohol. The use of Lemondrop and El Dorado hops along with Lemon Myrtle and Old Man Saltbush give this non-alcoholic beer a layered citrus profile.
