Established in 2006, Edenvale recognised a market niche for sophisticated alcohol-free drinks and developed a unique process using spinning cone column technology to remove alcohol while preserving varietal-specific tastes and aromas. This de-alcoholised wine is made primarily from grape juice concentrate approximately 6, with less than 0.5 alcohol content. It is vegan, gluten-free, and sourced from a certified sustainable vineyard, embodying Edenvales commitment to quality and sustainability.
