Peak Season is our brand new collab with the legends from Altitude Brewing in the beautiful Queenstown, NZ. This Cali-style IPA is everything youd expect in a beer made to make us remember all the clean, crisp IPAs weve had in Queenstown. Weve really enjoyed building everything about this recipe from the ground up and think it truly shows the collaborative effort in the result. Starting with a malt base of NZs finest Gladfield Pilsner malt, weve blended in a good helping of Floor Malted Pilsen Malt from Tchecomalt in Czechia. We then added a little extra time to our boil to give a glowing yellow colour that gives us a lean but sturdy malt base with just a hint of breaded sweetness.
