This Australian Single Malt captures the essence of both ex-Oloroso sherry and large format ex-bourbon barrels (primarily sourced from Heaven Hill), offering a rich and intricate flavour profile. Founders Rod Berry and Phil Townsend took their time with maturation, waiting until the whisky was ready for bottling, rather than rushing to market after the minimum 2 years.
