Description
This rum has been made with a base of virgin sugar cane honey, distilled in both column and pot stills, and aged in a Solera system. This method of maturation sees the barrels emptied a little at a time, and then topped up with the next oldest spirit – producing a rum of consistency and depth. The average age of the spirit is 12 years, ensuring great depth and character.
