Forty Spotted is inspired by the rugged beauty of Tasmania, and draws on decades of Lark’s distilling expertise to produce a range of classic gins. The Wild Rose gin has soft floral notes of wild rose, jasmine, and violets, citrus notes of lime and pink grapefruit, balanced with savoury hints of juniper and Tasmanian pepperberry.
