For our 3rd Birthday collab with Sailors Grave weve put together this absolutely delightful dry hopped Saison. Brewed with pale malt, rye, spelt, oats amp raw wheat. We temperature stepped the mash on this one and threw in the zest from a whole stack of locally grown grapefruits and lemons. Dry-hopped with Eclipse its definitely a citrus assault and a super crushable big Saison.
