Description

This rare limited‑release expresses how ten years in American oak and traditional charcoal‑mellowing bring depth and warmth to a classic Tennessee mash bill of 80 % corn, 12 % malted barley, and 8 % rye. The whiskey spent its early years in upper levels of the barrelhouse before moving to cooler racks, allowing the oak influence to develop gently over time.

Rich aromas of banana‑flambé, maple sugar candy, crème brûlée and baking spices mingle with toasted oak and toasted nuts. Buttery caramel and brown butter in a creamy mouthfeel, accompanied by light rye spice, dark cherry, milk chocolate and warm oak char. Medium‑long with lingering caramel, dry charred oak, leather and delicate white pepper spice.
