Description
This is the third release of the Christmas Cask by Tasmania’s Lark Distillery and is the result of a collaboration with renowned Tasmanian pâtissier Jean-Pascal. A selected ex-red wine cask from Frogmore Creek winery was seasoned with the patisserie’s Christmas fruit mince pie jus, before being filled with Lark single malt whisky, to mature and absorb the rich and festive, fruit and spice flavours.
