This is an absolute belter from the House of Lark – a triple Sherry cask single malt that has been initially aged in first-fill former Sherry casks from Lark’s Coal River distillery. The spirit has then been finished in a selection of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks for a super concentrated Sherry flavour.
