Born from the Experimental Projects program in 2014, the Starward Ginger Beer Cask #7 returns with the 2022 edition. This sought after annual release from Australia’s most awarded distillery, combines bespoke cask conditioning through the use of distillery made ginger beer seasoned American oak casks. The ginger residue accentuates the sweet vanilla, woody spice and fruity notes of the Apera and red wine cask aged Single Malt whisky.
