Wind from the Mediterranean allows the aromas of the grapes to develop well and they are cooled by the wind. Clay, slate and sandstone are the soil types that can be found here. In short, the ideal conditions for our Award winning Chardonnay to grow into a famulous wine with a lot of Characteristics.
