A remarkably delicious offering from Oregon’s Westward distillery. This is a single malt American whiskey, still something of a rarity in an industry dominated by Bourbon and rye. This dram begins as Westward’s standard expression, aged for up to 5 years in New American oak casks, before the spirit is finished for around two years in French oak Pinot Noir casks. The result is a luscious and fruity whiskey.
