The believe climate, micro-climate, soil, geographic orientation, local weather systems, and natural influences can and will influence the flavour profile and quality of their spirit. The 2012 release of their Unpeated Islay Barley Single Malt Scotch Whisky is produced from barley grown from eight central and western Islay farms in 2011.
