It’s über crisp and refreshing, a crunchy, pear and apple flavoured treat and the perfect thing to knock back on a warm afternoon. From its time on lees, with plenty of stirring and 25% having some time in oak, there is texture in spades! The nose and the palate are quite harmonious with crunchy pear, citrus medley and spice. This is Pinot Gris with interest and character at a really attractive price point. We love the label too!
