Note – this item does not come with the wooden display box. This limited edition Champagne celebrates 2 important milestones. Firstly, the historic partnership between Bollinger and Bond. Bollinger has been the exclusive Champagne partner of Bond since 1979, marking 2019 as the 40th anniversary of their relationship. Secondly, it celebrates the release of the upcoming movie, No Time to Die, which will be the 25th movie in the series (and Bollinger’s 15th Bond movie since the start of the partnership). The jet-black bottle is adorned with the number 25”, formed from the titles of the previous films. In 2011, the Cellar Master was inspired to create this unique Champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. This marks the first time Bollinger has created a cuvee solely from this unique cru. The extraordinary harvest of 2011 produced Pinot Noir which is complex, harmonious, and powerful, celebrated in this wine of great character. The champagne’s nose has honey and hard candy. It is a golden colour with hints of copper. This offers rich notes of stewed fruits with an all around texture.
